Short Bio: Misk 2030 Leader and a member of the Saudi Leadership Society, Sustainability & Circular Economy Leader; CEO of Innovative Alternatives Company (a JV between SIRC, Green Solutions “City Cement” and MVW Lichtenberg; to lead all SIRC’s developments in alternative fuels derived from waste) and Technology & Innovation Executive Director with a background in the Petrochemicals Industry and a rich experience in engineering & project management (PMP certified). Prior to joining SIRC, Sultan has held served in several Technical and Managerial roles in SABIC in Operations, Process Engineering and Project Management. During the tenure at SIRC, lead the establishment of the first of it’s kind Circular Economy R&D Applied Solutions Center at KAUST, and setting up the company ESG strategy and decarbonization plans. Sultan is a Board member in two different SIRC subsidiaries, Edama organic solutions company and Innovative alternatives company. Sultan is also a partner at Muwamah Holding Group, a multi-disciplinary venture studio with several entrepreneurial activities and impact driven Investments.
