Boyd specializes in providing financial and commercial advice to accelerate the energy and circular economy transition, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients including central government departments and agencies, government-owned corporations, SWFs and subsidiary entities, private equity, infrastructure funds and asset owners/sponsors. Prior advisory mandates in the recycling and resource recovery sector, across both Australia and Middle East, include strategy design and market entry analysis, operating model construct, business case preparation to inform evidence-based investment decisions, commercial due diligence, M&A advisory and procurement of Greenfield infrastructure assets under traditional and public-private delivery models.
